Radio: Night Owls, midnight-2am, Friday night AND Saturday interview with Simon Hoy of Melbourne Ballet Company on Weekend Score, 11.30am-1pm

If you haven’t tuned in so far, tonight’s the night to do it!

Right after Night Owls I’ll be leaving for New Zealand, where I’ll be honing my kiwi accent until the 21st of January. So my first Night Owls of the new year will happen on the 29th of January 2010 – over a month away!

Tonight’s programme features, in no particular order:

Beethoven. ‘Eroica’ Symphony (No.3).

Mozart. Catalogue Aria from Don Giovanni.

Donizetti. Mad scene from Lucia di Lammermoor.

Khachaturian. Spartacus – Ballet Suite No.4.

Faure. Pavane (vocal and instrumental).

Saint-Saens. Bacchanale from Sampson and Delilah.

Gabrieli. 3 selections from Sacrae Symphoniae, 1597.

Debussy. Nuages.

Also, tune in tomorrow for my interview with Simon Hoy, resident choreographer of Melbourne Ballet Company on John Sheridan’s Weekend Score 11.30am-1pm, Saturday (i.e. tomorrow) on 3MBS 103.5 FM.

Catch you tonight!
